We had an amazing stay! The food was alright some restaurants much better than others such as Inari & El Asador. The property was beautiful & staff was very friendly & helpful although the language barrier was difficult at times when contacting room service. The beach & pools were lovely. Definitely recommend!

Our visit was for 7 days, and although the entertainment staff was excellent, there were only 2 short activities during the entire daytime, and only in the pool area. The hotel could make an effort to offer more daytime and nighttime activities to break the daily routine for visitors.

The hotel was great. Food was good at the buffets and really good at the restaurants. Staff members in certain areas made me feel as if I was a burden. The guys at the beach bar were great, but the ones by the pool were not hospitable. Overall a great place to stay, just wish some of the staff could improve on customer experience.

Our stay at Lopesan was perfect. My future wife and I enjoyed every moment-from the incredible food to the relaxing, upscale atmosphere. The entire resort felt thoughtful and well-designed, and every part of our experience made the trip feel special. We left already talking about when we'll come back.

There was so much do to at this property, the food was amazing although I didn’t get to try all the restaurants. I just didn’t like how the adult only side had kids but everything else was amazing.
