"I want my money back!! I was not available to get there for terrible wheather condition because of the recent wild wifire .They make me do another reservation thinking they are going to refund previous reservation with Barcelo still don’t hear anything abaut my refund."

"Terrible resort, rooms are super outdated old dirty, they’re was worms in my room! The staff is so rude always making faces as if they do not want to help you, the buffet smells so bad the hygiene is so bad they don’t even use gloves to put the food out one of the days I found a hair in my food! Definitely never will I be back at this resort if I could give it 0 starts I would!"

"I will put two * for this because of following reason. 1. What we paid we had to change few times the room, room was not clean, when I arrive to our room, there was blood or red stuff in table next to phone. Phone was not working, light on and off multiple time. Toilet was not working and asking properly took 3 hrs. Food was not great, people can't speak or understand small English which make our stay more deficult. Even management side discussion they don't apologize for this all error and they...

"During the trip we had some delayed communication with the front desk staff/customer service team but all things were eventually resolved. The resort itself lived up to all positive expectations of an all-inclusive experience in Punta Cana. The resort was further out then expected but the live entertainment and parties onsite were top notch."
