"The staff made us feel really pampered. We arrived just after midnight, and the concierge came out to our car to greet us, carry our luggage, and show us to our room. The maids were incredibly attentive with fresh towels and cleaning the room. The dining room staff were always polite, courteous, and professional. The hotel was superb!"

"Hotel Albana was an excellent hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel has great amenities including the restaurant, foyer bar and lounge, and the spa which was modern, very clean and included a dry sauna, steam room, outdoor cedar hot tub, and a cold plunge. The rooms were immaculate, very clean, and very comfortable, and had large outdoor terrace space. "Loved this hotel. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony. . Staff were excellent and very nice restaurant. Due to an event it was difficult to get taxi to train and hotel arranged to drive us so we would not pay too much for longer distance taxi. They made great sandwiches for the road and were only 5 chf per sandwich. Thank you for an excellent stay. "

"The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel."
