Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

This hotel is fantastic. Got an upgrade from the superior room to the deluxe and the view of the mountains from the room was amazing. Wide variety of breakfast options ranging from fruits to cheeses to mini donuts and more, and even with a buffet option the staff was still incredibly attentive. Full service spa being included with the stay was a huge plus and definitely worthwhile to take advantage of all this hotel has to offer. And huge shoutout to the amazing staff and the team at the front desk for being so helpful, they were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch. By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

The best hotel in the Upper Engadin

The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin.

The Kronenhof was the kind of impressionable experience that will "force" me to stay in Pontresina everytime I visit the Upper Engadin. The hotel, staff, food, you name it, is top notch. Breakfast was amazing and both restaurant provided high end dining to be remembered. I did not visit the Spa, but from the outside it looks to be very well done. The view down the Roseg valley is wonderful and staying just a few miles away from the crowds at St. Moritz is also a bonus.

Great hotel, really comfortable, amazing walking opportunities. We booked half board, food was good, but a bit "dated" very classical and heavy desserts. For a hotel in an outdoor environment the portion size were not very big (I need a bit more then michelin star portion sizes after a whole day out). Staff level could be a bit higher for full 5 star, some of the staff was bit unexperienced/uncertain. But these were minor points, will definately come back and was amazing stay

The Grand Hotel Kronenhof is a truly beautiful hotel with beautiful architecture and wonderful hospitality. Truly an incredible place all around. Artur at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back at the next chance we get.

It is the most complete hotel, has beautiful areas, great pool and sauna, kids club, ice skating rink. The concierge service is the best I have experienced.
