This property was a 15 minute walk to central St. Moritz but well worth it compared to hotels in town. Absolutely spotless and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The property also had numerous restaurants right on site that had great food and lots of options. I would stay here again when traveling to St. Moritz!

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the bus station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was a delicious and varied buffet with plenty of options. I definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Superbly appointed, modern clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice linen. Free courtesy bus to and from railway station on arrival and departure. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff in reception and at breakfast.

Hotel has just been remodeled and it’s beautiful. Rooms are pleasant except we stayed in July and the room was warm and duvet on bed was very thick. The spa was great and very comfortable!

Lovely hotel....the free transfer from the train station is very handy. We also enjoyed the complimentary entry to the nearby public swimming pool. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast during our stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to relax. Well maintained hotel and great breakfast. Quite friendly staff. Only drawback, city center is a 25 min. Walk. Hotel provided free bus tickets which was a great help particularly during the rain. I will stay in this hotel again as I enjoyed this place.

Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities. Everything was clean, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The only downside for us was that the rooms do not have air conditioning. We are used to sleeping in a cooler room, so a temperature of around 26°C was not comfortable for us. Aside from that, we had a great stay.

Lovely breakfast and food options for dinner in the hotel itself! Spa is stunning and the hot tub view is stunning, has to be the best in the town! Left us a lovely gesture for my mums birthday and even pick you up from the train station!

Quite honestly, this is a beautiful hotel with great lobby and great bar, the bartenders are fun and cool, the rooms are nicely decorated, mine was a little small but you could get a suite if you want something larger. And it is very close to a lift, ski eq. Rental, and bus stop so perfect location.

Far from the train station and not so easy to find at the other end of town. They try to make the place look really nice and mostly succeed, especially if you don't take the stairs instead of the elevator. Very impressive breakfast buffet as opposed to the very pricey dinner one. Uneven service from the staff.

Great looking refurbished lobby- warm/cozy and welcoming. Home feel. Our room was refurbished and furnishings are practical with lots of storage space. One of the hotel restaurants- Made in Asia serves fantastic Thai cuisine - a very pleasant surprise.

Well the property is under a big renovation so it’s dusty which is understandable, in regards about the room itself it was nice, the bed was ok, they definitely need to offer more than one pillow for the bed, the restaurants were very good as they have three on site, definitely going back next year, we want to see how it’s going to look like when it’s done :)

Very expensive for what you get. Hallways tired, worn and stark. Bedrooms clinical in design. Room too hot with no way to turn the heat down. Hairdryer didn’t work. Twin mattresses instead of a double. No carpet on stairs from 3rd floor landing. Picture of reception online does not look like the real thing. Also, free transport to hotel did not happen even though we had arranged it. Not the most welcoming receptionist who checked us in. But much nicer one who checked us out. Overall Impression was poor. However, bed very comfy and shower very powerful. Breakfast very good too.
