"Excellent property and amazing staff. One my my best hotel stay experiences ever. Elizabeth Mookken, the relationship manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure my stay was comfortable. Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back."

"Checkin was good, we requested early checkin and they provided, appreciate that. Rooms were good and spacious, toilet can be more cleaner. Breakfast spread was good, taste also adequate. Coming to the lifts, only 3 lifts are there and some of them does not have all the buttons working, also at some point the card stopped working, not a single case, I heard many people complaining about lifts.. so frustrating, so much time was spend around lifts. Overall I feel this as a 4 star considering all...
