Fortunately, we found the item with us, we are now in Vancouver. I appreciated Roy’s persistence in trying to lost item. Also our stay was lovely and loved your hotel!"

"Clean and comfortable room. The hotel notifies you when you book that the rooms don't have air conditioning and certain rooms look out over the street and harbor and can be a little noisy if you keep the window open. I closed the window and didn't have any trouble with noise; the room came with a table fan. The bathrooms are a little dated and there there was one step up into the bathroom in my room. No problem, but something to keep in mind. I ate in the bar side of the restaurant and had a...
