"The apartment was not as advertised. The apartment is not set up for more than 4 people. The "sofa" beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom door upstairs only half opened and had no oxygen flow to the room at all. There is three holes cut out in the door for air flow. The bathroom was untidy. "The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. "The place was much older than the photos made it look. Yes it was a design house at some time in the past, but now it looks old and shows its age. The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road. It was not particularly close to the lake or park as the description made it sound. Having said that, the house is maintained well but cannot hide its age. "
