"The dining room is too small for a hotel of this size. Poor selection of breakfast too because it was cold. My reservation was mixed up the front desk was rude to me even though I could show my reservation conformation on my phone. I prepaid the room but when my sister put down her credit card for extras room reverted to her name and I arrived after her and had issues getting the key! I will never come back. The shower not labeled to pull knobs and we’re were placed in a handicapped room we didn’t need. "

"Ok so it’s a little pricey than staying in the hotels between LA and San Francisco but it’s the location, the staff, the room and amenities that make it worth it. So close to the piers and far enough away from the sea lions which could wake the dead! Lovely place to stay. Thank you "

"The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast didn't change much each day but what was available was cooked well. The property is in need of attention as it looks tired and grubby in places. The location is reasonably good for exploring San Francisco. It was helpful being able to securely store our luggage until our flight which was long after check-out. A deposit is taken (despite no mini-bar etc.) and had to be chased to be released."

"Buffet breakfast was very good. Aside from pastries, fruit, and bagels, they had warm pancakes, sausages, eggs and bacon. They were open until 10:30, which is great for those who want to sleep in."

"Finding parking initially was difficult but eventually I snagged a spot on the street 2 blocks away. Once checking in the receptionist did give me directions to their suggested parking garage that was around the block. I just came solo for a night. The room was modern with good lighting and a nice full length mirror. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. My only complaint is the walls are thin and at times it was quite loud. All in all it was a great option in a convenient location at a great price!"
