A lot of the amenities were weak i.e., the hair dryer was not efficient to dry hair & fridge wasn’t very cold. Walls were thin as we constantly heard noises upstairs and had a hard time sleeping. However, pricing was fair and area was convenient for visiting places. Inn also allowed us to keep our luggage prior and after checking in/out, which was very nice!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our car in the parking lot and held our luggage before and after our room reservation. The location is pretty convenient since you about a 10-20 minute walk from the Marina or North Beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Many room is newly renovation, clean, staff friendly, and location in convenience, close for everything, parking lot is good enough, the only complain is the underground parking lot entrance, due to they closed previous entrance from lower level, the new entrance is design for exit on upper level, please be careful when you entering in underground parking, the right hand side yellow safety barrier is so high and in the blind spot, if you found the car parked at the lot on left hand side, your car door will easy to scratch.

The outside of the hotel is not very reassuring, the elevator is scary, but the rooms are large, newly remodeled, and clean. I would stay there again. If you are looking for an amazing bakery you gotta go to Jupiter not too far from the property.

Great location for the price and free parking. Additional free parking with about 20 spots is underground. A Starbucks and a Walgreens are about a half a mile away. About a mile away is Chinatown and of course around the corner is Pier 39 and Fisherman’s‘s Warf. If you didn’t want to walk a mile to landmarks, there are a lot of Lyft bikes and Lime scooters to rent to get around town. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Housekeeping daily upon request. There is one elevator behind a wooden door, but it does take a while since there’s only one. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location with many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is included in the room price which is a great deal because so many hotels charge for parking. It's an older building, but the rooms have been recently remodeled and are very nice. The rooms are very clean and even have a microwave and mini fridge.

The exterior is slightly dated but it was being painted while we were there. Our room was spacious and updated with hardwood floors and great lighting. It was very clean and kept stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I love that parking is included. It is in a great location-within walking distance of Ghirardelli Square and many restaurants. I would recommend for a budget friendly option!

I chose the "Family sized" suite and that is not what we got when we arrived. We almost had to leave but the clerk offered to bring us a roll away bed for our 5th person. That worked well. In the future, I'd caution anyone to call the desk ahead to make sure your size party can be accommodated.

Great value for location

Well located to visit all main attractions, some by walking. Free parking was really useful as you really want to just park your car up during your stay and use public transport / walking to get around.

Everyone was super friendly and quick to help me out. They went out of their way to go above and beyond treating me like I’m the only person in the building. With detailed staff like that im sure they treat everyone with respect. Very great stay for me and my partner.

Very clean room, nicely updated, mattresses were in an encasement, reasonably quiet for such a busy location. Free parking was great but parking spots are narrow and getting in and out of the garage is challenging. I was happy with our stay here and the location worked out well. Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. It’s an older building but what really stood out is how well it’s being maintained and the rooms feel modern. Tons of power outlets and USB-A ports throughout our room. I would stay here again!

Basic comfort. One of the biggest reasons why I picked this accommodation was the hard flooring. Much prefer hard floor over carpeted floor in hotels. Just feel cleaner. Room was spacious for our family of 3. There was a little wardrobe where we can hand up our jackets and coats and fit our luggage into. Location was good. 3 minutes walk to a Walgreens. Many bus routes close by. The only complaint I have was the insulation of the room. Both sound and heat insulations were horrible. You can hear every beep coming from the streets. On a similar note, heat escapes in the blink of an eye. We have the heater on at night and the room would turn cold whenever the heater goes off (it seems to be on a setting which it turns on and off at intervals). One improvement they could do is increase the number of hooks or towel rails in the bathroom please. There was only one towel rail in our bathroom and that's not enough. All in all, pretty good for the price.
