"I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in El Gouna! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so cared for — they are truly the sweetest and most attentive team I’ve ever encountered. Their warmth and kindness made my stay not just enjoyable, but genuinely loveable. The food is absolutely delicious, and I have to give a special mention to the chef’s assistant, who is such a sweetheart. He oversees everything with so much care, and thanks to the quality and attention to detail, I usually get sick in Egypt, but not this time — everything was perfect! The hotel itself is cozy, charming, and very easy to navigate, making it feel like a home away from home. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need a tuktuk to get around El Gouna, as the walking distances can be quite far — but that’s part of the local charm. What I’ll miss the most is the incredible staff who truly pamper you and make you feel special every single day. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay — I can’t wait to come back!"

The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep."

"- The structure of the all-inclusive packages featured multiple tiers and categories, which were not clearly communicated prior to arrival and only clarified upon check-in. - Select menu items incurred additional charges despite the all-inclusive arrangement, and there appeared to be limited oversight or safeguards in place to ensure accurate room billing—raising concerns about the potential for misattributed charges. - The culinary offerings were exceptional, with impressive variety and consistently high quality that elevated the overall guest experience. - The resort’s amenities and its seamless proximity to both the beach and pool were standout features, contributing significantly to comfort and convenience throughout the stay. - Optional excursions such as speedboat rides and snorkeling introduced a vibrant layer of adventure, enriching the visit with memorable and invigorating moments."
