Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and welcoming - from the all you can eat buffet, to the Oriental and Italian restaurants, to the bars at the beach and the lobby. This is a MUST visit property and it should be a 7 star not 5. We will definitely be back, soon. Raed

This resort is really impressive. Well planned, lots of space, great planting and really peaceful. The rooms were big, generous bathrooms, high quality linens - including the beach towels - and our room had a massive balcony. The beach is lovely, plenty of sun loungers (also high quality), and wind breaks for each pair of loungers. The staff really make this place so special - they’re friendly, accommodating and language skills are amazing. I would highly recommend and will be back

Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. El Gouna is my new favourite holiday destination from now on.

Great staff and lovely interior

My partner and I loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in a newly renovated and nice room right by the beach. Cleaning and cleanliness were very good and the bed comfortable. On the beach there were many sunbeds available and the staff were very friendly and took drink orders at the sunbeds. All the staff at the hotel treated us nicely both at the reception, in the restaurants and in the bars. The absolute best food in the hotel was served at the oriental restaurant by the water. Good freshly made bread and meat on the table grill! Moh. A Latif who is the responsible manager of both the restaurant and the beach bar was very helpful and made our days extra good with very good service and nice conversations. We will definitely be back!
