"I got room 201. I have stayed in rooms with a much better views. However I took the opportunity to go to the hotel with the roof bar. The views were simply amazing. The room was very nice the hotel is also quite nice. The service and its employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. I worked for the Walt Disney World Company for 40 years and I felt that I was at Disney with your employees being so friendly the their beautiful smile. The monorail system location was a plus for me. Many thanks for the man who lend me an umbrella and he was the one who welcomed me and said the last goodbyes. What an positive impression. "

"We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great. Also special shout out to the lovely Brinley/Brittney (not sure exact name) who was helpful and friendly. Thank you team. "

We loved it we hated the whole Universal theme park scene but just hung out in the Barracks most days and relaxed food in and close to the hotel is great and service is fantastic you can go to Vivo city food court for a huge choice of local cuisines or just relax at the hotel Ray "
