"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My vehicle was stolen overnight from the hotel parking lot during my stay. This has caused my family significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience. What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s attitude afterward. "I booked a room with one bed, upon check in I was told that I got an upgrade and with 2 beds which I didn’t mind but the room felt like a downgrade rather. the location is towards the far end corner, there was a spider in the washroom, the AC was so loud it kept turning on and off through the night and disrupted our sleep."
