"Beautiful Inn- so glad a historical part of the Outer Banks still exists. Love the private walkway to the beach; very convenient and the beach wasn't crowded for the end of the summer season.
Wish they had a Chef...the only drawback was not having the breakfast on-site. The breakfast vouchers helped. Will definitely come back to stay! The wrap around porch with the breezes from the sound and ocean were wonderful!!"

"The room pictures were very deceiving. If you have a truck or anything it's not going to fit in the parking lot, it's way too small. The two queen bed room we had was very small, the shower was almost impossible to turn around in, and the ac was loud. The room smelled clean but all of the doors and furniture were dated and damaged. It works if you're on a budget but I definitely would not stay again unless I had no other other choice."
