"Scarborough was a pleasant, clean, and quiet place to stay. It had a fridge and microwave, so you couldn't cook there. It was average size, but we made due. It's on the main road in OBX, so very close to everything, very handy. The manager, Dill, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very accommodating. ..."
