Hotel staff picked us up from the ferry upon arrival and dropped us back off in the morning in time for the trip back across to the airport. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and eateries. Very nice experience overall. "

"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. Was the worst place I have stayed in a long time. "
