Os bordeis foram proibidos e fechados em 1954. A partir daí a rua se transformou em um local com lojas, galerias, totens e o museu da Casa da Dolly. A Creek Street foi listada no Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos em 2014.

O Totem Heritage Center fica na cidade de Ketchikan e abriga uma das maiores coleções de totens não restaurados do século XIX. Há totens em exposição permanente e outros destinados a pesquisa.
