The hotel was lovely, great facilities, fantastic staff, especially Priscilla. It was All inclusive and had some of the nicest food around, set in a more tranquil side of the island, but the hotel organised activities and boat trios went all over both islands

la struttura presenta numerose barriere architettoniche. per arrivare alla nostra stanza dalla spiaggia avevamo circa 200 scalini. la nostra stanza era molto piccola e il servizio di pulizia scadente. la stanza era sporca con la presenza interna insetti. diverse mattine ci siamo alzati con pizzichi e morsi di insetti.

This resort is really not like what is shown in the photos and is certainly not what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort. The bathroom had mold and the bathrobes and towels were stained. The room we had was in disrepair and the property was poorly maintained. The swimming pool had loose and missing tiles. The breakfast choices were very limited and more like what you would expect from a two-star hotel. The only good thing about the resort was the view and the nice staff who is trying their best to help. Otherwise, this resort is not worth half the price they charge. You’d be better off spending your money elsewhere.

Aluna Resort bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel ; vous avez tout ce qu’il faut pour passer les meilleures moments pendant vos vacances . Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel, sans exception et sympathique, incroyablement aimable et serviable. Il faudra faire attention aux fourmis. La cuisine est vraiment délicieuse,on y sert des plats asiatiques et italiens, et tout est préparé à la perfection. Si vous y allez, vous rencontrerez Paul, Anisa.. ils sont très sympa, très accueillant. Personnellement, j’ai eu un petit problème et il a fait tout son possible pour m’aider. Si vous cherchez une plage calme et magnifique et d’excellents spots pour faire de la plongée avec tuba, alors cet endroit est fait pour vous. Je le recommande vivement.

costoso in relazione a quello che offre

Posizione incantevole, il resort è ben integrato rispettando la natura. Il costo è troppo alto in relazione ai servizi offerti, la colazione deludente su 4 giorni solo una volta erano disponibili i croissant, l'ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno era finito il vino bianco e le vongole che erano previste nel menù.

Precioso hotel en medio de la naturaleza,personal amable y eficiente,excursiones muy bien organizadas,te dan la opción de contratar todo incluido por días sueltos,nosotros lo cogimos un único día y fue espectacular pues te incluía excursiones por la mañana.por la tarde y el atarceder. Habitaciones con vistas de ensueño.

Vacanza relax in famiglia

Mare con famiglia: hotel ecosostenibile, staff eccellente. Punti negativi: struttura su diversi livelli con molte scale, piccola spiaggia con un unico bar, la sera eavamo isolati a meno di non prendere un taxi boat. Nel complesso ok se cerchi relax e natura.

Un bel éco resort qui permet de découvrir l’île dans les meilleures conditions. Le personnel est attentif mais mériterai d’être renforcé dans les restaurants où le temps d’attente peut être long. Il manque également un room service pour que tout soit parfait.

Nice All-inclusive Resort.

We have no regrets staying at the Alunan Resort. The food was fantastic and al-a-carte. Usually All-inclusive is buffet service. The Staff were extremely friendly and hated to say goodbye. The excursions were amazing, Snorkeling and Sunset Cruising our favorites. Our only caution is you must consider the stairs. There are a lot of them. Would definitely return.

Wonderful location and good service. Such a kind and helpful staff. Minor points: bed is too short and too soft. Price is too high for what you get. They are eco minded although the rooms are not insulated at all. In my opinion insulating the rooms would make a major difference. Way more than not using straws or plastic bottles.

Great stay! Would recommend

We had a fantastic time at Alunan and really glad we booked here for half our stay on the Perhentian. Room - Spacious and very clean, having the deck upstairs is also a really nice touch Food - Probably the best food we ate on the Perhentian islands, both western and Malay options availabl. It is slightly more expensive but worth it in our opinion. Breakfast with the room was also great, fresh roti canai were really nice. Staff - super welcoming and friendly, especially Cel, who really made sure we were looked after the entire stay. Facilities - great quiet location, with snorkelling right off the beach, easy access to hiking path and other trips. Only hotel with an infinity pool on the island too, which we used to cool off at the end of each day!

すべてのスタッフがとても優しく親切でした。コーラルフレンドリーで珊瑚を育成するプロジェクトもやってらっしゃるので、とても勉強になりました。部屋はエアコンの臭いもなく、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出て、部屋はまずまず綺麗でした。スリッパはありません。コーラルフレンドリーなシャンプー&ボディシャンプーがとてもいい匂いでしたが髪はキシキシになりました。 オールインクルーシブなのでツアーも全参加にしましたが、風が強いという理由で10時からのスノーケリングが9時半にキャンセルになりとても残念でした。すっかり準備して船着き場に行ってからキャンセルと言われたのでショックも大きく、もっと早く教えてくれるべきでした。しかも波も大して強くなかったです。午後のツアーには参加でき、最高のスノーケリングと亀も見ることができ大満足でした。 崖の上にあるので、移動が全て階段で、ツアーやレストランやビーチやプールから１番上の部屋に戻るのがとても辛かったです。3日間筋肉痛になりました。 食事はレパートリーは少ないですが美味しかったです。ドリンクは種類豊富でした。 海はとても綺麗なのですがやはりゴミが多かったです、ビーチは毎日清掃されているようでした。 楽しく最高の休暇を、ありがとうございました。

TYPHOID FEVER ALERT!!! Public health is aware of this and we are sure that staff knew it as well but they didn’t mention it for a sole business purposes! On a check in we got reusable bottles for their filtered water but in our room we found plastic bottled water. When asked why? We were told that some customers are sick because they ate in other restaurants outside the resort!!! First warning sign. We were all vaccinated against Typhoid fever in Canada but regardless we all got ill and landed in hospital on IV antibiotics and fluids! We were told in the hospital that they had an outbreak of typhoid due to poor sewage treatment and it can be from water, food or snorkeling around the island where even corals died due to sewage pollution! This is a NEW resort beautifully designed and VERY EXPENSIVE to allow something like this to happen!!! Everyone was sick in that resort!!! Also food selection was poor but tasty! We questioned the food handling, because they would make food and let it sit on 35 C degrees for hours! We did not have a single bite outside the resort! At night there is no entertainment, so you feel locked in, because the path to other villages is through the jungle or by boat. The doors in the rooms are cut too short and not possible to close completely, so we had all sorts of jungle insects and animals roaming around the room! Snorkeling excursions were nice but it seems we snorkelled in the sewage water!
