"I had a miserable 2-night stay here. The air conditioning failed in the middle of the first night, and I woke up drenched in sweat because the room was incredibly hot.
I informed the host in the morning before heading to work. While they offered a technician then, I was out and couldn't be there. However, the real frustration started when I returned. "Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. "
