"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. "Quality of room was really poor. As we checked in the room we found that the room ceiling was chipped off and all the dirt was on the floor. Front desk was kind enough to change our room. But in general recommend hotel management to improve the quality of room."

"Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure.."

"As soon as we checked in she checked us in wrong , a simple check in took 1 hour, receptionist stated she was never trained, No pool was available and not listed when we booked that it was under maintenance, we got locked out of our room and they could not give us a key! Called cops and made moves bc as soon as cop got there a key was made! The halls were hot molded. Breakfast was very poor for the mine we paid. Never again!! Sorry but not sorry"

"The place is quiet at night. Now for service I ask for towels since there was no bath towels to lady cleaning room but never brought them my family had to use the hand towels."

"The entire property is rundown and in need of major repairs and upgrades. The breakfast included was coffee, or was it coffee. If your trying to save a few bucks for an efficiency, look elsewhere and spend a few more bucks. The only positive for myself was the location."
