"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had...

"Toilet water ran the 6 days we were there, even after reporting to the front desk. Lukewarm water at best, no matter the time of day. Phone in room didn't work to contact the front desk. I reported the phone and was told some work some don't. Then the diect line phone number should be posted. Not the wyndham 800. Number. Parking is a NIGHTMARE, the tiki bar next door quickly fills the hotel lot. Oh, when you check in they give you a pass for your car and signs are posted all over the place....

"The property was under renovation. It smelled moldy, it humid. The carpet was ripped up. They did not have the handicap rooms we reserved. The pool was not open. The kitchen area where they would serve breakfast was dusty. The whole thing was awful! We ended up canceling out rooms and finding another place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful."

"The original room we were assigned had a foul odor and the TV did not work, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong unpleasant smell as well. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the third floor, since both rooms were located there. The biggest concern was cleanliness. On our last night, I dropped something on the bathroom floor under the sink and discovered a pair of dirty underwear that did not belong to anyone in our group. Finding that left...

"The hotel is doing some renovations, so I try to take that into account, but our room began smelling a stinking sewer smell around 2 am, and it lasted til morning. When morning came, we had no hot water at the bathroom sink. Otherwise it would have been a good stay. Nice clean breakfast area, clean looking room, quiet, and friendly staff."

"Hotel has issues with cleanliness and general upkeep. We moved rooms twice during our stay. First rooms bathroom door handle broke off and locked my daughter inside the bathroom. Second room had cockroaches. Both rooms had hair covering the bathroom floors. Ice machine broken on first floor. Carpet in hallways were not vacuumed. Air conditioning unit was rusting away. It was pretty disappointing for a Hilton."

"Overall look of the property is real great, the lobby looks clean and upscale, the breakfast is great, taste real good, however it seems the staff cares too much about waste or did not calculate correctly as there was constantly lines forming due to food running out, same with coffee. "We had a disappointing experience at this motel. Upon arrival, we found the office closed with no staff available to assist us. The door was closed, and the lights were off. Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy. The outside looks very unsafe and sketchy, be aware of your surrounding here."
