"The room was absolutely nasty, crusty food caked around the charging ports on the nightstand, the bathroom had not been cleaned despite the check in attendant telling us that the room was being cleaned for our early check in. Pool and ice machine were nasty. The room overlooked the inside pool which was unsettling and had to keep shades shut the whole time. The connecting door had the biggest gap and we could hear the guests clearly in the next room and see the light from their room. Two floors...

"Although we went up during Laconia bike week 2026, the property was still maintained. It's a beautiful area up there in Meredith. The lake is so pretty. All the amenities and areas around the lake are well kept and maintained. It was quiet, our room had a balcony which looked right out onto the lake (the lake is across the street) I didn't get to use or enjoy the hot tub or the pool but it was beautiful. I wish we weren't so busy because I would have definitely used it. The only difficult part...

"The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."
