"Close to transportation stops and anything you want to eat/drink/buy. Easy access to Queensboro walking/biking bridge to get to Manhattan if you’re looking to have a walk with a view while getting to Times Square or theaters for free. Clean enough, decent beds, recent updates so everything is pretty fresh looking. Room we had could use some more hooks/shelves in the bathroom and shower for convenience."

"The only plus to my stay was that I was able to find somewhere better close by. This shouldn't have advertised as a hotel. NONE of the amenities existed and I waited for over an hour to check in having gotten there at 10pm. No response from the bell and the phone didn't ring when I called. I was about to leave when someone showed up. They refused to provide a refund for the nights I wasn't there and was unresponsive when Expedia reached out."
