"It is truly an amazing place! My family was welcomed right upon arrival by Ms Honda. She was so wonderful, she treated us like family! The time that the staff took to prepare the meals was great! The breakfast was delicious! Very quiet place, peaceful and beautiful views. The Tokei room was stunning. It's definitely worth the money. 10/10! Way better than a hotel stay!"

Although the facilities feel a bit dated, I believe that the kindness and hospitality of the staff are one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel. Among them, there was a female staff member at the breakfast restaurant—her name might be “Mino?”—whose genuine kindness really stood out. If you have breakfast here, I highly recommend dining in the section managed by Mino. Because of the great service, I will definitely stay at this...

"The pools and the beach were amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the dining options were good. Staff were super friendly. The dining is a little pricey but that’s expected at a resort. "

"周辺に観光地はあまりないけど、のんびり過ごすには最高のホテルです。 ２泊３日でしたが、ほとんど外出せずホテル内で過ごしました。 ホテルのどこからでも綺麗な海が見えます。 施設も豪華というより贅沢さを感じる造りになってます。 夕食は１日目だけホテルのレストランで食べましたが、そこはひらまつだけあって充分満足できる内容でした。 ロケーション、施設、どれを取っても良かったですが、特にスタッフの応対は素晴らしかったです。 ほとんどマイナス面はありませんが敢えてあげるとすると、ホテル真下のビーチにゴミが散乱していること。 ビーチは公用でひらまつの管理ではないので仕方ありませんが、せっかくの綺麗な眺めなのでゴミだけでも何とかなればいいなと思います。 でもそれを、差し引いても満点に近い素晴らしいホテルでした。"

"직원들의 친절도는 어디하나 모자람이 없을 정도로 완벽하였습니다. 호텔로비와 정원..수영장..그리고 사우나등 최신식은 아니지만 관리가 정말 잘되어있고..오히려 신상 호텔보다 멋스러움이 배가 되는 느낌이 들었습니다. 오키나와를 다시 오게 되어도 꼭 부세나 테라스에 다시 머물고 싶습니다."
