"It was great overall! I had trouble finding a working ice machine - literally went to like every floor before asking the front desk. That was really the only problem I had. Pool was decent, gym was kind of small but had the essentials. The attached restaurant was delicious and the servers were super nice!"

Nautica was at the front desk on our arrival—there was an issue with my card but she didn’t make me feel embarrassed in any way she kept smiling and working on it till problem was solved.
