"We enjoyed our stay at Podestine. The staff were friendly. Being near the sea was brilliant. However, I'd advise sea shoes due to sea urchins nearby (our son stepped on one and needed to have them removed). The rooms were okay, but the hotel was a bit dated. But it lived up to the 4-star rating. The bedding could have been better as the duvets/sheets were too small for the beds (no overhang). "Great location. Room was smaller than I expected, but very clean and lots of water pressure for the shower. AC in the room was great, especially since it was hot and humid. Staff were was very friendly. Also, be careful of mosquitoes in the pool area. Got 4 bites from the time I put my towel down and getting into the pool. "
