"The staff was beyond wonderful to work with, we didn’t even have enough time to use all the amenities that were offered. The location was fantastic, and the views were beautiful. "

"I stayed in the Ocean Tower in an oceanfront room. The room was excellent and the property grounds were sprawling and well kept. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only issue was the tram was not working and, if you are staying in the ocean tower as I was, it is a long walk or shuttle ride to get to the main building and parking. Not a tremendous hassle but you will want to leave the grounds for more food variety and to visit the local sites. An alternative woukd be staying in the Palace Tower or the main building to avoid the 15 minute walk or shuttle drive. Once the tram is operational this will not be an issue. "

10/10 Excellent

"Everything here is top tier. This was my second time visiting the property and this time it was with my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The pools and the gym facilities are among the many exceptional features on this property. If you’re like me and like to incorporate some fitness during your getaway, this is the place. Breakfast buffet at Ulu was always something to look forward to and their dinner service was amazing as well. Thank you to all staff who made this a very memorable experience for my parents and I. And a very special thank you to the resort manager, Chad, who personally came by at dinner to say hello, chat briefly, and wish my dad a happy birthday. All class. Can’t wait for our return!"

Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel

4/10 Poor

"Rooms: small bathroom, poor sound deadening between rooms, old toilets sit very low. Lots of rules that stifle enjoyment. Local concert took up all of the parking spaces creating a real fun time parking even tho I paid for parking. We won’t stay here again."
