"The room was ok however, the reason why I chose this hotel was to utilize the free 24 hour airport "shuttle" advertised....First, it was not a shuttle but an uber, but fine, they called it and the uber came no problem to pick us up. I checked with the front desk on what to do when we come back for our car. They said just to let them know when we land and they'll send over an uber. So when we headed back, I called once before my flight and the front desk told me to call as soon as I land and they would send over the uber.....So, when I called at 12:30am, no one answered at first, so I had to try again. When I got a hold of someone (he said he was the manager), he said that they "don't provide that service any more..."! Are you kidding me?! Then he said they only provide it for guests, which I told him I was, still no help. So long story short, he could not accommodate us and left us stranded at the airport, with spotty cell/wifi service. I had to try to download the uber app and wait another 20 minutes for a ride that cost $22 to go 2 miles away! THis was a huge disappointment!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very helpful with recommendations and friendly. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The only complaint we have is that it was a bit loud inside the hotel in the evening and early mornings. This had more to do with the guests allowing children to run through the hallways than it does the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Middletown/Newport."

"First, the staff here are excellent. Really helpful and kind and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. They were all wonderful. The decor is nice, the grounds are well kept, the location is great. The only fault (and I get that this is a big one) was that there is a deep musty odor in the rooms. After a while you get used to it, but it seems like there is something going on that the company needs to address. This isn't something that the staff onsite can deal with, and I want to be clear that they made our stay as lovely as possible. BUT I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, IN SPITE OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT IT."

"The staff went out of their way to be helpful even when they were extremely busy. The room was beautiful and spacious. They were also so kind and welcoming to our dog (with patience and biscuits!) We would definitely come back for another stay! "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean through out the whole Hotel. Breakfast was good but a little high priced. Pancakes where wonderful! The hotel was not our type of hotel. Lights where very dime through the hotel and our room. It is an old factory made into an Hotel. To much concrete and very plain. We are in our 70's not out type of Hotel. If ou like that look then I would reamend it. "

"The rooms were clean and great. I did not hear the other guests my whole stay, it was fairly quiet. Did not try breakfast because i could not see paying for breakfast after spending a fair amount on the room itself."

"Pros: Staff was great and very helpful. Balcony views were excellent. Great location. Close to everything. Room was plain but clean. Cons: Phone didnt work. Wifi was very poor. Tv had limited channels. Heater for pool was broken during our stay, they did try to fix it and offered us a discount for the inconvenience. "
