"Exchange Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. All the way from checking in to the concierge giving helpful advice that would fit our needs to checking out. Everything we did was thanks to the help from all of the employees at the Exchange. To start our trip we took the train from the airport all the way to the end and the Exchange was only a block and a half away, having only two pieces of luggage each it was very easy to walk to the Exchange and the cruise ship was also just a block and a half away so we walked down there to get on our ship. Everything was very convenient for us. The Exchange is very clean and the beds were super comfy I do not believe you would go wrong if you decide to stay at The Exchange Hotel when you are in the area of Vancouver. Enjoy 😊"

"Beautiful hotel in Downtown Vancouver. We were too tired to venture out much after two days of planes and trains, so we opted to have a few drinks and a snack in the bar. Excellent food and service. For dinner, we decided to eat in the Cafe. Again excellent service and the food was delicious! Our room was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable, and the views were amazing! The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and very professional. We will definitely be back!"
