"While the staff were nice and the beaches were great, the property and the sea view queen room was a bit antiquated and the tile floors need some attention especially around the edges and corners. The hall ceilings leaked leaving water puddles; no elevators and no one to assist with carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no bottled water or bathroom amenities or room service; and no WiFi in the rooms. "The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. "

"Overall it was a great choice for not expensive one night stay. The property itself is a little bit old, the towels need to be replaced. But it has everything you need especially we love balcony and a drying rack for our wet clothes after beach. Also included buffet was good with the lot of choice. "There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

"The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."
