We checked out early and switched hotels. Our balcony door opened even when locked, the place was not maintained well, you need to pay for everything, eg. €4 daily charge for access to the room safe. When we checked out the receptionist hadn’t come in for the day, the cleaners said they show up late all the time and we would need to come back to drop off the key and hope the reception was open. There are better hotels nearby.

Affordable, decent value for money

Pros: kitchenette, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, great view of the ocean, excellent pool, nice patio, amazing restaurant - best food we've had on the entire trip was there, grocery store and multiple restaurants within a 15-min walk. Cons: poor WiFi that rarely worked, barely functional shower (handheld only with very low water pressure and no shower curtain, so very messy); no microwave; a lot of tiny ants everywhere no matter how particular you are about putting away food and cleaning up immediately after you eat; no beach access so you have to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest beach; staff apathetic and not helpful even about basic things like knowing what days their own restaurant is open. Forget about asking them to help you with finding or scheduling any activities or anything like that.

Bon emplacement, mais propreté à améliorer L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec une grande piscine offrant une vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant. Il y a un restaurant directement sur le site, pratique pour ceux qui préfèrent manger sur place. Sinon, le village du Diamant est facilement accessible à pied, avec plusieurs restaurants, boutiques et une épicerie à proximité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, ce qui est un bon point. Toutefois, la propreté laissait un peu à désirer : l’air climatisé semblait ne jamais avoir été nettoyé, et la salle de bain ainsi que la douche n’étaient pas très accueillantes. Une petite cuisine est disponible sur le balcon, mais elle n’était pas très propre non plus, donc nous n’avons pas cuisiné. En résumé, pour le prix et l’emplacement, c’est un bon choix, mais un réel effort sur la propreté serait grandement apprécié.

Bien, mais un peu d’amour necéssaire

L’hotel est bien pensé. Le design des chambres est bien, avec une terasse et une mezzanine dans la chambre. Par contre le site aurait besoin d’une touche d’amour. Les murs de la chambres étaient tachés, les matelas durs comme de la roche. Si vous avez le malheur de devoir dormir sur un canapé-lit, vous aurez assurément besoin d’un rendez-vous chez le chiro. Les oreillers sont plats comme des crêpes. Pour 1 nuit ou 2 ça le fair. Mais nous avons passé 6 nuits à cet hotel alors nous étions un peu déçus à ce niveau. Sinon le staff est très gentil. La piscine est un atout aussi.

Cet hébergement est bien surtout par son emplacement. Nous avons payé pour avoir vue sur la mer et c'était une superbe vue sur le Diamant. Chambre ok, fait le travail. Chambre équipée pour cuisiner, mais très de base... fait le travail aussi poir limiter les dépenses de restaurant. Restaurant Le Grand bleu sur place.. excellent! Personnel super, drinks parfait, nourriture excellente. Situé près de la piscine, ça termine bien les journées après les visites et la plage.

A FUIR si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances!!

Par où commencer….. Géographiquement l’hôtel est bien situé, bien que la sortie de l’hôtel soit plutôt sportive et dangereuse en voiture avec une grosse pente sans possibilité de voir si des véhicules arrivent. La restauration, le restaurant est fermé le lundi le mardi et ouvre le midi du mardi au dimanche et est fermé tous les soirs donc si vous voulez pouvoir y manger il faut se priver de sortir une journée ou rester dans les environs. Idem il faut oublier les cocktails au bord de la piscine le soir en rentrant de ballade, car la piscine est pleine des clients du restaurant avec qui vous la partagez. La chambre et l’établissement en général.. je réalise plus de 60 nuitées d’hôtel par an même dans un F1 ou un première classe les chambres sont mieux ! L’hôtel est vieux ! vétuste au plus au point ! Le rapport qualité prix est déplorable ! Nous avons dut changer de chambre tellement la première chambre était pitoyable merci au personnel pour sa bonne volonté à limiter les dégâts ! C’est une honte qu’un établissement puisse rester ouvert dans de telles conditions ! Tout est bancale, sale ou casse. J’ai pris sur moi pour faire abstraction et ne pas me gâcher une partie des vacances avec cet établissement. Par chance nous poursuivons nos vacances dans un hôtel digne de ce nom ! Je vais m’arrêter là pour ne pas être insultant. Si j’ai bien un conseil à vous donner FUYEZ vraiment ! Je passe la porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, l’accès à un coffre, au micro onde payant etc…

Séjour magnifico.

Très bon séjour avec vue sur le rocher du Diamant et le morne Larcher.Personnel accueillant, souriant et répond à toutes questions.Piscine au top. J'y retournerai et conseille vivement ce lieu.

Bel environnement avec piscine vue sur la mer

Une vue incroyable sur le Diamant. Idéal pour les levers et couchers de soleil. Très belle piscine, personnel accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité prix qui compense le logement en soi même qui demande à être rafraîchit.

Sympa mais vieillissant limite trop usé

Établissement agréable mais les installations sont très vieillissantes et mériteraient un renouvèlement important. Les prix sont abordables mais pour un 2 étoiles sommes en tranche haute. Il serait bien également de préciser que l’accès à la mer est possible mais qu’il n’y a pas de plage
