The room was on the smaller side but it is an older hotel. It was like being in history. Very well kept. It has been renovated but they kept the old charms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely historic facility located across from Savane Park and about a city block from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with everything we wanted. There was a slight problem with a power outage for 2-3 hours. It helps to understand/speak a little French, but staff do ok in English, so don’t let that stop you from enjoying this hotel.

A beautiful boutique hotel that takes you back in time, with its cozy elevator and wooden stairs. The staff is friendly, and the meals are reliable and fairly priced.

Good hotel

Nice hotel located near the harbour and beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The place itself was a little shabby but it was charming. Elevator. Nice rooftop terraces.

Great Stay!

You really can’t beat the quality for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable. The service was good but the restaurant is only available for lunch (online indicates dinner). The location was prime, with a coffee/breakfast stand across the street that opens at 6:30am.

I love the location especially since it’s easy access to the ferry terminal, just 5 minutes walk to L ‘Imperatrice hotel. All amenities is in walking distance also the beach. I recommend improvement with the breakfast menu. Overall I’d a pleasant stay except for the language barrier if you only speak English.

The property was seasoned with seasoned outlets, but it was quaint. It was a good location to stay in the city of Fort De France. Convenient to shops, bakeries and other eating establishments. The Beach was less than a 5 minute walk. There was no bed frame, which means the box springs were on the floor. Something one doesn't expect at a hotel.

This gives you early 19th century French/British vibes. The decor is dated. You literally have to use a traditional key to get in your room. They did not provide us with face clothes for bathing. I would stay again. Definitely not the your average 3 or 4 star that we are use to. It is safe environment

Old heritage hotel, very classy, I liked it. Tidy rooms and hallways, nice personnel at the reception, as well ad the bar, the breakfast room and at the cleaning ladies. Yes, it is in a quite loud surrounding, but it's downtown and in the carribeans, so what would you expect. Got a free upgrade to a double room with balcony to the street/park, there was something going on, but nothing extraordinary for a friday night and there was no disturbing the peace after midnight. so absolutely fine. only con: the breakfast could need an updated variety and a bit more cleaniness as there were some dead flies inside the milk can. But except from that: Go for it!
