"I loved the little extra touches at this motor lodge, like the electric blankets, bottles of water in the fridge and a decent number of hot chocolate sachets for non-tea and coffee drinkers. There was a spa bath too which we didn’t use but it elevated the room above your usual motor lodge. We arrived quite late at night, after reception closed, but they had a nifty screen where you type in your name and phone number and your room key pops out. "I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into."

"Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service. My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding.
