"Climate is cold, rains often, narrow roads, nearby waterfall, 25 min or less to Batu town.. good experience… "

"Friendly staff, excellent service, good food, nice view, "

"Quiet place and very nice staff. The place is amazing "

"This is an excellent hotel. It's still rather new and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff personnel are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended. "

"Best hotel in town"

"Thank you Stella front desk for your outstanding work. Room is beautiful clean and the shower is awesome. "

"Nice hotel, and efficient"

"very very good"

"The staffs, the services, the hotel conditions were WONDERFUL!"

"Great service "

"Good location, just need more varieties in their breakfast"

"Perlu banyak berbenah karena masih baru"

"The staff’s very friendly and professional "

"The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit."
