Good hotel

The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay.

Family staycation

Overall our stay at this hotel was just ok. Nothing special about the hotel except for the location that is next to the mall. It was very difficult to get a parking spot and sometimes we had to park at the mall's parking lot. The interior design of the hotel makes the hotel looks old, in my opinion. The amenities were not as complete as other hotels I stayed in with the same rate. However, they gave us some complimentary drinks. The breakfast was ok with one or two dishes that hit the spot.

Satisfactory Stay without much high expectation.

The staff services were excellent accept for one of the car park exit attendant who insisted that my Indonesian friend are not entitled to free parking even thou he was a guest of the hotel staying for 4 nights. He paid to avoid further issue. There was a big sign "FREE PARKING" at the reception. I guest this is culturally wrong to be happening to their own country folks. My friend was staying in the 2nd room booked by me as a customer of the hotel throughout our 2nd stay. The room upkeep had to be refreshed as molds and cracks can be seen in the toilets. The shower cubicle floor should be treated with anti skid as they are very slippery when wet. Towels are too worn out. Bedroom is comfortable and clean. Overall our stay is considered satisfactory with not having to expect more. Hope that the hotel can improve on the toilet issues so that I we can consider staying with them again.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltiges mit indonesischer Küche. Ein grosses Restaurant im 4.Stock, bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber sehr hellhörig. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine große Mall (Shoppingcenter MOG) mit direktem Zugang vom Hotel zur Mall.

Hotel ist direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum. Mit nur 2 Liften für 11 Etagen, wartet man manchmal bis zu 5 Minuten.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

Cosy, comfortable hotel connected to a large shopping centre - Central Mall in Surabaya. Plenty of food options and some decent shopping to be done. There's a supermarket as well. This is very convenient for families, or solo travellers who may not wish to venture too far from the hotel for meals or groceries. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I will definitely stay there again if I visit and highly recommend others to do the same.

隣りのMOGで食事やショッピングができるので便利。また、Grabやタクシーも呼びやすい。 部屋は広く、眺めも良い。シャワーはいまいちだったが、ベッドは柔らかすぎず良かった。 朝食もまあまあ。朝6時から朝食がとれるが、卵料理は7時以降しかできないらしい。 洗濯物が丸2日返ってこなかったので、少し焦った。 立地がよいので、また利用してもよいと思う。

We came around 7pm at the hotel. Asked the receptionist to get us the non-smoking room and the room location not very far from the elevator. The receptionist said OK with a big smile. But, what we got??? A smoking room and the location far from the elevator :( Not only that, the room seem unprepared. Hand towel and the toiletries was not available. We had to call room service several times to get them providing those things. During breakfast, the food taste was nothing special and far from 4-star hotel standard. Overall, I feel disappointed with this hotel.

Prima als uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Bromo

Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis voor Malang. Dit was niet het hotel met de beste score of de mooste foto's. We hebben voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging boven op de shopping mall. Een prima keuze zo bleek achteraf. Veel van de andere hotels die we op internet zagen, hadden mooiere foto's maar zagen er in het echt minder uit. Ook prima op loopafstand van het centrum en de restaurantjes. De kamers is prima hoewel de handdoeken niet meer helemaal wit zijn. Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie maar verder prima. Het ontbijt is wel ontzettend aziatisch. Achteraf hadden we beter ontbijt kunnen kopen bij de bakker in de mall. We hebben vanuit Malang de Bromo vulkaan bezocht. Geboekt bij Helios Tours. We werden om 12 uur AM opgehaald en kwamen rond 2 uur AM aan bij het viewing point. Daar moesten we tot 5.30 in de kou wachten om de zon op te zien komen. Terwijl het mooier is om naar de Bromo vulkaan te kijken. Je moet hiervoor een stukje doorlopen en een hekje door. Echt de moeite waard. Het is wel zonde om zo vroeg al gedropt te worden. Is echt niet nodig. Je kunt het beste vragen of je rond 4:30 uur wordt afgezet.
