Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience. The rooms were modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with incredible ocean views that made waking up each morning something to look forward to. The amenities really set this place apart. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is stunning, and the beach club has an amazing energy—great music, delicious drinks, and a fun social vibe without ever feeling overwhelming. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment.

Other than offensively loud jungle-type music (monotonous and repetitive beats, very few with any singing), this hotel was excellent. The staff said the loud music from approx. 4-10pm daily. was because it was a holiday week Our room was extremely comfortable with a gorgeous view from our balcony The entire staff was extremely helpful and polite The breakfast offerings were large and tasty. as were the lunch & dinner experiences We hope to rerun to beautiful Puerto Vallarta on a non holiday period and again stay at the Almar Sea

Ocean view room for sure! Huge room, great A/C, top floor CLOSE to the lobby AND roof-top breakfast. Very kind and attentive staff at EDEN where the lounge chairs and umbrellas were easily available. The infinity lap pool was enormous! swim-up bar, cabanas, service service service -- VERY White Lotus!!! But in particular, the Housekeeping team was the star of this show. Solid 3-stars! We stayed here for a week in Mar 2026 in the Jr. Suite - the room was really nice, spacious, and clean. Housekeeping services were good! Check-in process was long and terrible! The staff was trying to upsell all sorts of deals/packages when all we wanted was the key to our room so we could get some rest. From the check-in desk, we were directed to the Concierge desk, where more people tried to sell us more things. Very frustrating! Would have appreciated these interactions a day or two later... The pools are great, cocktails are average (we had a bee in one of our drinks and the staff was still trying to charge us), and the food is good. If you're staying here, find your rhythm with the staff and set a daily budget to avoid huge bills.
