This facility is terrible all around.
To be transparent It my last option.
I have stayed in motels many times , but this place really takes the cake ..... previous reviews did not portray the worst of the facility well enough.
1- terrible customer service. No one to talk to about issues only a text number.
2- the room had dirt and filth of previous occupants when I checked in.
3- shower was not working on my first night . Naturally I texted the number several hours later the person responded back its the whole facility and they are looking into it.
Water was restored next night.
4- the ac was stuck at blasting and the reomte did not function. The cleaning crew showed up at 930 am to tell me how to use a remote in broken English.
When used the traslator app to explain to them the remote dont work . She says let me show you. Basically it took three different remote to restart the ac unit.
The room has zero place to sit. No chairs no table. Only one bed and a night stand.
No parking in the facility.
I cant describe the horror of this facility for the two night I stayed.
