"The room was comfortable, although the cleanliness could have been improved. There were some dusty areas and it appeared that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay, evidenced by leftover food and clothing from previous occupants. The air conditioning unit broke during my stay, but the issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the hotel staff. The food at the bar/restaurant was very tasty, but it is worth noting that it is the only dining option available on-site. They could offer some water activities considering that the hotel is located on the shore. Group snorkeling, jet skis, fishing etc. While there were a couple of areas for improvement related to housekeeping and the limited dining options, the overall experience was positive In summary: While the comfortable room, good food, and responsive staff are definite strengths, addressing the cleanliness concerns and expanding the dining and activity options would greatly improve the overall guest experience and potentially lead to higher satisfaction and repeat business for the hotel. "

"It was a pleasant surprise because it was better than expected since the concept of Motel is different in PR than in USA. Staff was very helpful since my flight arrived late and I got to the property at 3am check out was at 11am but it was a CLEAN place to sleep for a few hours in order go to family event. I did not like the towels and they brought better ones for me with a smile. Towels were clean but not snow white color and so was the sheet I use to cover myseft...if you are ok with that you will liked this place👍 Remember people, this is a 3 star rating and to my opinion having had a small Hotel years back this place is doing a fenominal job because I know it's not easy. I guess what makes it a 3 star is that the fixtures where not shiny and the color of towels and sheets. On the noise side I really can't tell because at 10am I heard they were cutting the grass, but I'm sure that is not an everyday thing. I'm writting this review because my 1st time I stayed in a Motel in Carolina and it was filty dirty and with a bad smell it gave me the creeps and I left, I swore myself never to stay in a motel again but I needed to stay closer to event and it was too late to knock on families door, so reading this place reviews game me the courage to try it again and I'm glad I did, I just wish someone had mentioned about the towels before. That's why I'm doing it now on my review. Give this place a try you wont regret it! I will stay here any time! Be sa enjoy your vacations in PR👍"
