- Food was great, innovative flavors that used local ingredients. - Location and view was spectacular. - Staff was kind and attentive. However, on the bad side: - The exterior of the room at the balcony was full with fungus. - The jacuzzi was not working. - The hair dryer was not working. - The entryway of the room used white light. It's widely known that 4* and up rated hotels should use warm light. - TV was way too small. - Hotel didn't implement Expedia status policy.

Excelente Hotel em Puerto Varas, um dos melhores

Hotel muito bom (acima do esperado). Atendimento de toda a equipe muito simpático. Estacionamento no próprio prédio (apenas um pouco apertado). Quarto espaçoso e muito confortável. Excelente localização, na rua do Lago e totalmente no centro. Acesso a pé às principais atrações de Puerto Varas (restaurantes, comércio, praças, mercados), ao lado do Casino. Vista linda (as duas foto foram tiradas em frente ao hotel). Restaurante e bar muito bons, com ótimo atendimento. Café da manhã completo, de qualidade, saboroso e com espumante no fim de semana (poderia ter todos os dias). Muito boa qualidade em todos os aspectos e por um excelente preço.
