The staff is consistently helpful, attentive, and focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Free parking is a great added benefit. Overall, a very enjoyable experience."

"Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late."

"Good location and adequate parking given that it was low season. Facilities are well maintained, which was surprising as I did not see any staff other than the owner during my stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel does not provide breakfast and I did not get any soap as well. Overall, I will probably look for a different place next time I stop in beautiful Puerto Varas"

"Amazing farm to table food, great views andoverall awesome property. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only negative point is that there was a massive storm and it rained inside my room. When i mentionned it they just came with a bucket, so i heard the rain drops all night long. The price you pay, i would have hope to be relocated. A part from that it was a great stay! "
