La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "

"This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. "This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful).
