"Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back."

It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. "Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "
