"Staff were so nice
I got to meet couple off staff remembers I don’t remember there names. First day we got there we met a gentleman and took good care of us brought our bag to our room while we got breakfast and had the A/C on for when we got there. Rooftop view was view amazing we had security. Room was clean kitchen was clean. No problem with loud music or anything. Close to restaurants/ beaches walking range. Will be staying there again! "Straight up the hill (lots of stairs!) from the big Puerto Vallarta sign this property is close to the Malecon with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed in the larger room on the top floor (again, lots of stairs) which was very well laid out and clean, with a full kitchen for longer stays. The continental breakfast starting at 8:30 at the rooftop pool area was a nice touch as we were travelling early so needed something to eat. Staff easy to get hold of through WhatsApp. Lovely...

"when we arrived to the hotel they assigned us a room when we opened the door it wasn’t cleaned yet so they changed our room and it smelled horrible I asked a second time if they could change our room they said no. "We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for.
The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special.
