"Beautiful property"

"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"Place was super clean, staff was great, but the plumbing was soooo loud. Heard every flush and shower around me all night. Bring earplugs!"

"Beautiful beach views"

"Beautiful lodging with great views of the dunes. Close to town but just far enough off the beaten path to give it a more relaxed vibe. The rooms are beautifully appointed and tastefully designed. Some feedback for improvement: There are no coffee makers in the rooms and this was challenging for those of us that rise before the hotel's coffee was ready in the lobby (7:30 am ish, pretty late in the morning by our standards). The general quality of the coffee that was served (watery and flavorless)...

"Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Provincetown, but the exterior (and parts of the bathroom) is really run down and needs a lot of work. My room had a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay and the staff tried really hard, but the bar wasn't open and there wasn't enough to justify the $35 daily resort fee."
