"This resort I will give 9/10, the resort is super good, the staff is a plus,,, the only thing is that their beach is a little rocky and not to clear,,, they are working to make it better and plus they have shuttle ( free) that take you to the main 7 miles beach which is stunning. Their breakfast is super and their restaurant Mr Pipper ๐๐๐. I will definitely come back soon ๐๐"

"Property was great. Well kept grounds. Beach is beautiful. Check in easy and Lesley at front desk very helpful. Our actual unit (75) was great location but pretty tired. Layout was not comfortable, furniture was somewhat hodgepodge, AC was old and could never get below 73 but beds very nice. Note that the master bath shower is basically unusable - canโt really fit adult sized person. Master bath tub basically takes up half of entire master suite and is old and rusty. Awesome skylights in master but no window coverings so blazing bright sunshine at 6am daily. Other bathroom has recently been redone and is nice. They nicely offered to move us to another unit but we ended up deciding against it as only staying for a few more days. With some work, Villa 75 can be excellent - still not bad though as is. Wife was chastised on beach by people who were owners for โusing their beach chairsโ as they permanently lay out their towels each day in same chairs regardless if using them or not (even though rules specifically do not allow this). They are the same beach towels all of the units have so the chairs look the same. Honest mistake and she apologized profusely but was a rude confrontation that left a bad taste."

"Unfortunately our stay was the same week that was plagued by insurmountable seaweed on the beach, causing terrible smells. We know this isnโt the resorts fault, but they did eventually have trucks out to remove it after a few days. We did not do an all inclusive option, so the breakfast buffet was rather expensive per person. Drinks at the beach bar were great. Not aware that maid service wasnโt automatic and that placing the maid service tag on your door did not mean they would actually stop by and perform main service so recommend calling the front desk to schedule cleaning as needed. Overall, we had a great stay. Just wish a little bit more communication during check-in about maid service was available. Very convenient that there was a fosters across the street."
