"Lodge was spotless when arrived. Went to Guest services to report problem with boiler not working. Before I had driven back maintenance staff had attended and rectified problem."

"I arrived early ahead of friends but our room was all ready and i was given a very friendly welcome. I think it was Caitlin who carried my case up to our room which was a huge suite and spotlessly clean. Plenty of complimentary teas,coffees and biscuits available in the room. A little later Cam helped my friends up to the room. Both Caitlin and Cam are a great asset to the hotel. Our lunch was excellent and we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
