Hotel Dekat Prestwick Tennis and Swim Center

"The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

"The hotel have over 120 rooms. The room type ocean view and balcony we have a room no view no balcony. Breakfasts not to interested. "

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"If i'm being 100% honest, for the price, wasnt bad. I was expecting worse. Room was clean and critter free, staff were actively cleaning. I missed the memo about pets being allowed but didnt affect my stay. There were some downsides like some loose panels in the bathroom and one that had a rusty nail behind it. The water pressure is quite low and not very hot. Parking is solid. No issues there. Property is definitely a mixed bag. "

"So the first thing I want to say is when we checked in they gave us a key to someone else’s room and we opened the door and someone was literally in there taking a shower and we hurried up and shut the door! Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! "Find a better place, floors are dirty, towels ate dirty, breakfast is pity. It is noisy. The plus is personal is friendly."

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly.
