"Honestly dont know why people leave bad reviews, if you want a 5 star experience, put your hand in your pocket and pay the 200 quid a night at the hilton, instead of wanting to pay 50 quid and get luxury! The staff on check in were FANTASTIC! The restaurant does decent well priced food, the rooms are adequate, the shower in ours was great. There is a shuttle to the airport, however we booked an uber.
