"One night stay following a day at Chester Zoo. Relaxing to have a swim/sauna after walking round for several hours. Good bar food -enjoyed my steak ciabatta which arrived speedily despite a school prom being held in another room at the time, staff remained pleasant and efficient throughout. "Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean.
